Boys in Grades 9th to 12th

Winter Training is lead by current Professional Lacrosse Players and Former Division One All Americans

Alex Spring– Founder and Coach, Professional Lacrosse Player, Division 1 All American, Academic All American

Nick Steinfeld– Founder and Coach, Professional Lacrosse Player, Israel World Team Member

Will Sands– Coach, Professional Lacrosse Player, Division 1 All American, Academic All American

Sean O’Brien– Coach, Professional Lacrosse Player, Division 1 All American, Academic All American


Winter Training Format

Dynamic Warm up
Group Passing/ Wall Ball Work
Circuit rotation of stations (Will Sands- Attackman, Lacrosse IQ and Assist Work, Sean O’Brien- Offensive Midfield and Shooting Work, Alex Spring- Defense and Athletic Development)
3 v 2 no ball drill
3 v 2 tennis ball drill
4 v 3 regular balls
4 v 4 regular balls
TLA Special-conditioning, dynamic athlete development

Time: 7:00-8:30pm
Location: Julia Richman School 68th and 2nd Avenue, Manhattan
