We have two different options for spring to fit your schedule! Join us for Weekend Only training where players invest time, sweat and reps in the spring to pull ahead in their game. Disciplined, structured workouts push individual skills in prep for the school hoops season, a recreational league season, and/or the Mo’ Motion team. Players train and play in a scrimmage during our workouts.
Want to get those workouts in during the week with awesome skills, sweat, and reps with music for one hour? Our Weeknight BOOST is the option for you! Workouts are followed by teaching points and scrimmage time. Choose from Upper East or Upper West sessions.
