BOOST – Skills & Play Workouts offer awesome skills, sweat, reps and play supplements (roughly 6-7:45 pm Tues, Wed, or Thurs — or pick the BOOST Pass). Players are split on to courts with six hoops to work solo and with partners around the same age/grade on their lay-ups, repetitions, shot form, ball-handling and conditioning. There are team emphasis points taught before 20 min of scrimmage time. Scrimmages can be full court, half-court or 1-on-1, 2-on-2, 3-on-3 depending on age, abilities and experience levels of participants. With wider age gaps, more than one coach is assigned and there are several hoops for everyone’s benefit.
