Mo’ Motion offers Tues, Wed, Thurs and Fri night training on the upper east and west sides for Grades 3-6 and some sessions for Grades 7-8 from roughly 6-7:40 pm. They’re called BOOST workouts and they consist of skills, training, reps and 20 min of scrimmage time. Many players during the season lose practice time, so this is a great way to get in your skill work. We prorate the fee for classes missed. Players can jump into these weeknight classes/training sessions after missing a few with no worries about not fitting in.
We also offer Saturday and Sunday 10:30-12:15 Grades K-1 and Grades 2-3 training – upper west side. Same flexibility with joining late!
