HSS Sports Safety Digital Coach Workshop is available free online.
Research has proven that warm-up activities can reduce the risk of injury and improve sports performance for young athletes. Warm-up activities aren’t one-size-fits-all though, and children’s skill level and type of sport should be considered when implementing a warm-up program. The HSS Sports Safety team has created a new type of warm-up – a Neurodynamic Warm-Up – that includes the types of exercises and activities that have been proven to reduce the risk of ACL injury for young athletes. This course provides you with the training needed to effectively lead a Neurodynamic Warm-Up with your team.
