5 Week Program (Sundays, January 7- Feb 4)

Our Hybrid Speed/ Skill training is the ultimate combination of High intensity position specific lacrosse training alongside a speed and agility workout.

Goal: The goal of these sessions is to help each player get quicker, faster, stronger and sharpen their lacrosse skills and technique. Sessions are run at a fast pace and designed to bring each players’ game to the next level and enhance your overall stick skills and lacrosse IQ. The Winter 5 week training program will focus on strength, speed and agility work while the skills segment will focus specifically on skills development drills.

Breakdown of a Session:

30 minutes of Speed and agility training with coaches Skylar Marcoux and/or Kassim Howell.

60 minutes of lacrosse skill focused training, focusing on mastering the fundamental skills needed to excel on the field and separate yourself from the competition.

Program Breakdown:

5-90 minute training sessions

Training Dates (Sundays, January 7- Feb 4)

3rd-6th Grade BOYS sessions will begin at 10  and will end at 11:30: Lower Gym

3rd-6th Grade GIRLS sessions will begin at 10  and will end at 11:30: Upper Gym

7th-12th Grade BOYS sessions will begin at  11:30 and will end at 1:00: Lower Gym

7th-12th Grade GIRLS sessions will begin at  11:30 and will end at 1:00: Upper Gym

PEE WEE WINTER PROGRAM Grades PreK- 2 REGISTER HERE

Winter Pee Wee Lacrosse Clinic Series

5 Week Program (Sundays, January 7- Feb 4)

Erasmus Hall High School: 911 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11226

The Brooklyn Crescents presents a Pee Wee clinic series for boys and girls grades PreK-2nd, which will focus on fun and fundamentals.

Players should bring a lacrosse stick, a molded mouthpiece, sneakers and a water bottle.

Loaner sticks will be available.

Goal: The goal of these sessions is to introduce children to the game of lacrosse in a fun and age appropriate way utilizing the US Lacrosse Athlete Development Model.

Program Breakdown:

5-60 minute training sessions

Sessions will be held at Erasmus Hall HS

Training Dates (Sundays, January 7-Feb 4)

PreK-2nd Grade sessions will begin at 1pm and will end at 2 pm :Lower Gym

Offered to current grades: PreK-2nd

BEGINNER WINTER CLINIC SERIES Grades 3- 8 REGISTER HERE

Winter Beginner Lacrosse Clinic Series

5 Week Program (Sundays, January 7- Feb 4)

The Brooklyn Crescents presents a clinic series for new players or players with less than two years experience.  This is a beginner clinic for boys and girls grades 3-8 which will focus on fundamentals.

Players should bring a lacrosse stick, a molded mouthpiece, sneakers and a water bottle.

Goal: The goal of these sessions is to introduce children to the game of lacrosse in a fun way, utilizing the US Lacrosse Athlete Development Model.

Program Breakdown:

5-60 minute training sessions

Sessions will be held at Erasmus Hall HS

Training Dates (Sundays, January 7-Feb 4)

3-8th Grade sessions will begin at 1pm and will end at 2 pm :Upper Gym

Offered to current grades: 3rd -8th
